Mr. Carl McCutcheon Mr. Carl McCutcheon, Senior Energy Advisor to IAA, was educated at the University of Tulsa, Harvard Business School and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Carl has over 30 years of energy experience in oil and gas exploration, finance, pipelines, power and chemicals sectors. He has built and led companies at Williams, Koch Industries, AMM Exploration, Agricultural Minerals and Chemicals, and CheMatch that have closed several billion dollars of complex energy transactions. He has served as a Commissioner on the State of Oklahoma’s Natural Gas Policy Commission and as Vice Chairman of the Houston Technology Center’s Advisory Board and is active in the Bi-lateral Arab American Chamber of Commerce, the British American Chamber of Commerce, the Australian American Chamber of Commerce and various other community organizations.
